Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services brings together deep domain expertise to lead the convergence of the physical and digital worlds through technology, engineering, and manufacturing expertise. Consulting, technology, and assets-led solutions enable global companies to unlock the true potential of their product portfolios and manufacturing efficiencies.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities
- Lead the configuration management (CM) and defects management (DM) of Rail Technology Programme (RTP).
- Setup and harmonise the configuration management process and procedures for the RTP.
- Governing & harmonising Configuration Management Process.
- Setup and harmonise the defects management process and procedures for RTP.
- Governing & harmonising Defects Management Process.
- Setup Defects Management Review Board at RTP level and lead the discussion.
- Defects analysis and documentations.
- Coordinate the review of the defects and ensure all defects are being classified and allocated to the right party/supplier.
- Facilitate defects review sessions with different stakeholders.
- Setup the CM and DM processes.
- Drive the defects analysis and follow thru the troubleshooting and resolution of the defects.
- Lead the review of the defects ‘artefacts between BHP and system suppliers.
- Assist RTP-SI Manager to setup Engineering Change Control Board (ECCB) management and processes.
- Good communication skills.
Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 5 - 10 years' experience in Rolling stock /relevant experience
- Knowledgeable of requirements management principles and processes.
- Knowledgeable of configuration and change management processes.
- Familiar with configuration management tool, such as Rational Tool Concert (RTC) or similar tools.
- Familiar with requirements management tool, such as DOORS, HP ALM, or similar tools.
