Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
The Capgemini Salesforce Casual Work Experience Program is a pathway for undergraduates from universities around Australia. We will support undergraduates, with an interest in Salesforce, to study and obtain at least one certification in Salesforce.
We will guide you on how to gain certification, and upon completion, you will form a pool of talent we will connect to real life projects, in a professional environment. Our team at Capgemini will connect with you to provide mentorship in projects.
As a work experience consultant you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be:
- Utilising your Salesforce skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
- Working with the development team in unit testing Salesforce solutions.
- Active participation in development workstreams within projects.
- Shadow more experienced consultants to gain experience to guide our clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals.

What we're looking for in candidates is:
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Keen interest in Salesforce and its product offerings
- Ability to pick the platform up quickly through learning on Trailhead
- Ability to obtain a Salesforce Administrator certification (with the voucher provided by us)
