We need a Senior/ Lead Consultant who has knowledge and experience in enterprise transformation, from defining and designing future operating models through to implementation. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading teams in transformation engagements.
What you'll do:

Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology challenges and needs, as well as deliver insights into current trends and opportunities

Designing and implementing new operating models (i.e. process, capabilities and technology)
-
Defining the transformation roadmap and benefits and investments (i.e. business case) required to realise the future state
-
Leading and managing cross functional teams located locally and virtually
-
Leading business development activities, specifically proposals (response to RFI/RFPs) and pre-sale client discussions

Working with Business Development Executives to identify and develop opportunities

Contribute to the Invent Business through coaching and mentoring our team members, and supporting running our business (including people development, recruitment, asset development and management etc)
What you'll bring:
Essential
-
Strong management consulting experience (4+ years experience)
-
5+ years' experience in business process management (specifically process improvement and re-engineering), business operating models (specifically capability models, process models), business case development and transformation planning.

Knowledge of standard business models and processes across multiple sectors
-
Knowledge of market and technology trends across multiple sectors
-
Technology experience covering all core enterprise functions (e.g. ERP, CRM etc)

Organisational change management experience
-
Excellent communication (oral and written), client management and influencing skills

Strong team and project management skills (including planning, organization and resource management)
