Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology, not just to design IT systems but to deliver Business Change which may also be supported and enabled by IT.
- Define solutions strategies and roadmaps. Builds Capgemini's image and reputation to the client and the marketplace. Leads coordination of architecture solutions to meet senior level expectations at both client and Capgemini and/or partners. Leads strategic planning of technology and business solutions for the enterprise. Demonstrates thought leadership in topics in the architect community and shows a passion for technology. Demonstrates business acumen by delivering the architecture program.
- Define and ensure comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information Systems and Technology
- Define strategy and architecture for data estate modernisation, legacy to cloud data migration, data pipeline, data analytics, machine learning pipeline, data trust and data engineering solutions
- Drive business change supported and enabled by Data and AI
- You will provide technical solutions to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent, and resolve technical issues
- You will work with stakeholders including the Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues
- You will assess and propose methods to improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new element
Let's talk about your capability and experience:
- Have a minimum of 10 years IT experience and minimum 5 years in solution architecture with data background, whilst leading architecture and solutioning strategy
- Develop portfolio products and service solutions for Capgemini and Clients
- Demonstrate technical strategy leadership in one or more technology areas and/or one or more customer facing situations
- Show proven thought leadership in technical implementation and practices
- Lead and motivate multi-functional teams in dispersed or complex environments
- Set and manage the client's expectations from the start
- Be able to drive projects and initiatives from conception through to implementation
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills
- Harness your excellent teamwork and leadership skills
- Have experience managing business and technical stakeholders, managing multi-shore resources in a particular technical area (those being configuration, customisation, data estate modernisation, integration)
- Be Knowledgable and experienced in Functional Architecture Design, Technical Solution Design
- Have experience with cloud data platforms and technologies (AWS/Azure) and Big Data technologies (Hadoop/Spark)
