The focus of your role:
We're looking for a Director to provide leadership within our Australian and New Zealand Banking sector portfolio, advising our clients across their business innovation and transformation agenda, bringing them the latest leading ideas. You will shape, sell and deliver transformation and innovation programs across our clients' organisations.
You'll have a history of leadership in complex transformation programs with a proven track record of growing and influencing client relationships internally or externally.
What you'll do:
- Design and deliver innovation strategies and transformation programs for key clients
- Identify, lead and shape new business development opportunities
- Connect with international Capgemini colleagues and experts to bring global thinking to local clients
- Inspire, grow and develop our team members
- Bring Capgemini's and your own expertise to bear with clients, directly and through marketing, speaking and publishing activities.
What you'll bring:
- Experience, confidence, and maturity in working with leadership including CXO level in the Australian banking sector
- Experience in strategy development and execution of major complex transformation programs enabled by technology and data
- A track record of new business generation and growth and ongoing client relationships across multiple assignments
- Ability to lead and manage diverse multi-capability teams
- Financial services consulting or industry background is required
