At Capgemini Group, we are proud of our purpose “Unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future”. Our success is measured through our value creation, and our overall positive impact.
Capgemini Invent is Capgemini Group's global digital innovation, consulting and transformation business line specialising in advising and supporting enterprises in significant transformation, from innovative strategy to execution and with an unstinting focus on value creation.
The focus of your role:
We're looking for a Lead Consultant level consultant to join Capgemini Invent's Supply Chain team in Australia. We are looking for a business analyst or consultant who can bring strategic advisory capabilities within the end-to-end supply chain to our Intelligent Industry team. This role will form part of Invent's Intelligent Industry strategic consulting team in Australia. Through this capability Capgemini Invent brings “What's Next” to its clients' future planning, strategy and roadmaps, helping our clients re-envisage their supply chains, their asset operations and enablement of intelligent, connected and dynamic operations. In Australia our supply chain capabilities are a critical area for growth within this team.
You will bring experience gained working within, or consulting for, industries spanning the end-to-end supply chain. You will have the ability to make the connection between the business, systems and data lens, knowledge of the role that digital capabilities must play, and where the critical focus areas are. You will be interested in learning how to take a client on a journey to transform their supply chain and you will have experience of supporting business transformations. You will support our supply chain leaders in shaping, selling and delivering digital transformation and innovation programs across our clients' physical operations and digital capabilities, and bringing them the latest leading ideas and inventions. You will support our clients in their innovation and transformation agendas within their supply chain operations, and you will be passionate about the opportunity for sustainability in the transformation of supply chains in Australia.
What you'll do:
- Support the design and delivery of (digitally enabled) strategies and transformation within supply chain and associated processes for key clients.
- Understand and support the development of a future view of the digitally transformed supply chain
- Assist with new business development opportunities
- Inspire, and collaborate with your team members
- Bring Capgemini's and your own expertise to bear with clients.
What you'll bring:
- Experience, confidence, and maturity in working with client leadership
- A transformational mindset
- Experience supporting the development of strategy and execution within complex organisations or transformation programs enabled by tech/data
- The ability to build and maintain relationships and experience of working with senior stakeholders within a client or internally to the organisation.
