At Capgemini, we believe in the power of our people. Our HR Services function plays a pivotal role in managing the data, systems, processes, and policies to ensure a great experience for our people, irrespective of what stage of the employee life cycle they are in.
Due to significant growth in our organisation, we are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Consultant to join our team. Reporting to the Head of HR Services, you will work with the broader HR services team to delivery process improvements and exciting HR projects.
You will work in a supportive and inclusive team who want you to be successful and will provide time, learning, development and coaching to help you achieve your own career goals.
- Manage the HR Helpdesk (ticketing system) to provide support to all employees at all phases of their career
- Complete reporting and data requests from internal or external stakeholders
- Create knowledge articles to assist employees to navigate finding a solution to their queries to further encourage a self-service culture
- Co-create creative ways to engage new joiners and current employees to educate them on key processes such as using HR tools, understanding our benefits, or completing certain tasks that they require support in
- Reviewing usage reports to co-create solutions of improvement such as education to internal stakeholders
- Work on exciting HR improvement projects - new technologies, new processes or procedures

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- 2-4 years' experience in HR
- Strong communication skills to be able to guide employees through their queries
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Have the ability to see solutions for every problem encountered and be ok with ambiguity, change, a fast pace
- As experience in any ticketing system, SharePoint or high-level understanding of any HRIS
