Capgemini Testing Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to the various financial clients. This service produces clearly identifiable results, notably the reduction in cost of software development and maintenance by up to 30%, enhanced quality levels, improved time to market, and importantly mitigation of technical and business risks.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities :
The Senior Test Lead/ Test Manager will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects. You will hands-on testing background and broad business awareness.
Should be able to take the ownership of designing E2E Testing strategy and work with delivery squad, Quality engineering team during the project to ensure all the testing artifacts are presented and sign-off in the timely manner.
Will be expected to work with Data Engineers to design and write the automated test cases as per solution requirements.
Have vast knowledge of Integration with Q-test and Rally.
Have hands on experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing.
- Understanding the differences between regression testing and exploratory testing, and ability to work with developers with create change resilient tests.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience in strategic development and implementation of Quality Assurance strategy, frameworks (Automation Frameworks, Performance Validation)
- Experience in Software Engineering
- Experience in Agile Methodology
- Technical acumen in Cloud Based technologies
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience in tools such as (or an equivalent): Jira, Confluence, Perfecto, SOAP UI, Airflow, Darabricks, SnowFlake, SQL, Jmeter, Rest, Karate, Gatling, TapeJS, ReactJS based frameworks - Jest, Enzyme, Nightwatch, Redshift, Jenkins
