Our Platforms Services and Operations team has delivered key, complex projects and hence are poised for growth. The expanding team comprises of a team of bright, energetic individuals who are extremely passionate about their and highly skilled in their job.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
The role will be a mixture of customer project work under the leadership of a project manager for short to medium term engagements, as well as alongside Managed Services team to support our mix of private and government clients across all industries. These activities include:
- Design and documentation
- Customer engagement and operational meetings for technical demonstrations where required
- Communication and recommendations of risks and issues discovered
- Technical problem escalation and troubleshooting
- Internal Team meetings
Let's talk about your capability and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex corporate VOICE environments
- Experience with Data centre concepts and design
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid implementation and documentation skills
- Experience liaising with and working alongside engineers from other technology groups such as Virtualisation, Storage, Microsoft Engineers as well as collaboratively engaging with business stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Understand and explore new technologies quickly
- ITIL Foundations Certified
- Cisco CCNA VOICE certified

- CCNP Collaboration
- CUCM / UCCX
- CUBE
- F5 Big-IP experience
- Bachelor of Engineering (Information Technology)
