Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
You will provide senior leadership and technical expertise to ensure quality solution design and successful solution implementations for Capgemini and our clients, with the following key responsibilities;
- Engage in presales activities, specific to specialisation, to help secure the deal and support the sales lifecycle
- Establish standards and procedures across the IT service lifecycle in the areas of systems integration and testing
- Select appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures
- Understand the client's business at a strategic level and develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Review others' systems designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources, and integration of multiple systems and technology
- Provide advice, guidance and assistance to less experienced colleagues as required
- Take technical responsibility for all stages in the software development process
Let's talk about your capability and experience:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar technical role, leading projects and designing solutions that leverage the technologies
- Relevant tertiary level diploma or degree such as: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- Expertise in implementing Structured Development and Implementation Methodologies/Techniques such as Waterfall, RAD, Iterative and SCRUM
- Strong client engagement experience in both presales and delivery
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated leadership capability
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and complex environment
