Our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team partner with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world, this is done by delivering thought leading transformational solutions. In this role, you have the unique opportunity to be a foundational member of a new start-up business, building the Perth Salesforce practice from the ground up. With sponsorship from our executive leadership, this opportunity will provide the freedom to explore new innovative solutions to meet a variety of unique business challenges -with the depth and breadth of experience from Capgemini, a global Salesforce leader. Your day-to-day activities will involve in a wide range of activities - from pre-sales through delivery - with access to experts to support and guide you along the way. As a self-starter, your curiosity and passion for the right solution will drive you - and your high-quality development and attention to detail will be your key contribution to the delivery success of the team.
Salesforce Developer - (Senior / Lead Consultant)
As a Salesforce Developer, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be:
- Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings, and products.
- Active participation in development workstreams within projects.
- Developing solutions to address any company-wide issues and making their processes more efficient.
- Designing process and creating complex workflows and triggers.
- Involved in APEX development, Lightning components and complex Salesforce configuration.
- Working within the development team in analysing, designing, coding and unit testing Salesforce solutions.
- Using your experience to guide our clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals.
- Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing and supporting each other to help each other develop your expertise in Salesforce.
Let's talk about your capability and experience:
What we're looking for in Developers would be your:
- Be able to proactively work in a fast-paced environment, as a team
- Knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, and API Web Services
- Ability to problem solve, coupled with a tenacious nature spurred on further by something not working as it should.
- Capability to communicate with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
- DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
- Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Sales; Service; or Community Cloud.
