Let's talk about the role and responsibilities
- Provide guidance with respect to MDM strategy, methodologies, data profiling, data quality and integration
- Define and develop MDM Data Models, configuring match/merge, trust and validations using leading enterprise MDM tools
- Orchestrate the design, build, implementation and maintenance of organisation-wide MDM solutions
- Design and develop the integration and orchestration designs for the MDM Solution
- Work directly with Business SME and Product Owners to understand business requirements and develop implementation design, mastering rules and quality controls
- Architect robust MDM platforms that can match and consolidate key data subject areas
- Help drive implement an end-to-end vision that translates into improved process and data solutions through the MDM architecture
- Continuously monitor and improve data management processes and practices
- Support Data Governance to ensure that optimal Data Quality is continuously maintained through proactive analysis and relevant corrective measures
Let's talk about your capability and experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with any of Master data management and data quality tools
- 5+ years MDM development, administration and integrations experience (Profisee preferred)
- Strong business and technical background in Master & Reference Data Management
- Demonstrable experience in technical leadership of an MDM platform in an enterprise environment
- Experience delivering solutions in Cloud, preferably Azure
- Experience or understanding with DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation in Azure Data Services platforms
- Good understanding of data governance workflows and leading practices
- Assertive communication and exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Extensive knowledge of data preparation procedures and requirements
- Experience in the delivery of end-to-end data-centric projects
Desirable
- Experience in agile delivery of IT projects and development of software
- Experience implementing Profisee MDM
- Profisee Master Data Architect & Profisee Master Data Systems Administrator Certification
- Working experience with a distributed version control and source code management tools
- Experience in implementing enterprise-wide data strategy
