Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: 

Digital Engineering leverage leading partners and technologies as such Microsoft and AWS to deliver cloud integration solutions to assist clients with their digital transformation journey. This is a hybrid role of an integration architect who leads technical delivery of a project and create business opportunity through innovation for our clients. As such you will provide insight, thought leadership and innovation to ensure that the integration solution meets the client's requirements, is designed for production and delivered efficiently, and has integrity (is safe, secure and compliant). This is a great opportunity to be a part of expansion to showcase your expertise in delivering integration architecture and providing solutions, and to grow the Integration practice with future pipelines.

• Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and working closely with the practice to identify further opportunities.
• Providing technical consulting and best practice to project stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration strategy, architectures, and utilisation.
• Building the integration architecture and delivery of complex EAI and B2B integration development projects.
• Leading the integration technical design process coordinating stakeholders towards an agreed solution.
• Executing and supporting the delivery of integration services for the business across various programmes and initiatives
• Actively being involved in growing the practice through pre-sales, BD, resource planning and strategies
• Identifying talent and future growth plans to stay on top of market demands
• Managing the team and support the practice in upskilling and developing talent

Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:  

• 8+ years of Architecture, Design and Development experience of Integration and Cloud Native solutions.
• 3+ years of experience Integration Architecture and Design leveraging iPaaS / ESB platforms such as Boomi, Azure, webMethods, MuleSoft, etc.
• Proven architecture background in delivering complex EAI and B2B integration solutions.
• Certified Integration Architect on any of the integration platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience in supporting pre-sales engagement activities, capability development, and leading project delivery.
• A solid understanding of microservice architecture and design, API Management, API design (YAML/RAML/Swagger specifications), Messaging Architecture and Orchestration, CI/CD (DevOps), Containerization (Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, Container Registry), and Identity & Access Management (OAUTH2, OIDC authentication and authorization flows).
• A good understanding of security frameworks and their implementation.
• Exposure to new technologies like Kafka, In Memory Computation, SMACK, AMQP, etc.
• Experience working on projects using Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, team leadership and client engagement skills.
• A drive for continuous learning and self-improvement.
