Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: 

• Carry out Physical Check of instrument and network connections.
• Execute Standard SOP's for trouble shooting.
• Perform Additional Diagnostics of the issue, Triaging.
• Contact & Escort instrument vendor.
• Support instrument vendor during trouble shooting.
• Update documentation if needed as per GxP for Quality lab instrument.
• Obtain signatures / approvals from stakeholders for GxP documentation, Capture Evidences.
• Assist in site preparation for new instrument installation [considering the site architecture & design).
• Vendor to perform installation, configuration, and complete IQ.
• Coordinate with Seqirus to perform OQ and PQ.
• Work with the network team to get the instrument online.
• Integrate the instrument with other applications as needed.
• Coordinate with instrument owner to ensure a Validation plan is available.
• Schedule Periodic reviews with Seqirus instrument owner.
• Verify validity of user accounts, last login etc.
• Manage Inventory of Lab instruments.
• Support Firmware updates [OTA] by coordinating with the instrument vendor.
• Resolve Data Storage Issues.
• Update Knowledge Base with learnings, workarounds.
• User Creation, Providing Access [As per Security procedures].
• Assist in data backup and restore.

• Basic knowledge of IT Support requirements for Pharma/Biotech Industries.
• Basic LIMS knowledge.
• An analytical, business-orientated mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical individuals.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technically orientated systems analyst.
• Strong client-facing skills including presentation skills, both written and verbal desirable.
